The administrator of Customers' personal data is EXPORT-IMPORT COMPANY „SERWIS-KOP” Wacław Rędziniak sp.j. based in Rzeszów (35 – 082) at Podkarpacka 57A, entered to the register of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000295120, having NIP: 813-352-97-49, Company ID: 180286726, the owner of the Shop selling goods, through the Shop without the simultaneous presence of both parties, with the use of a telecommunications network, hereinafter referred to as "Seller".
The scope of the data collection
Seller collects Customer's data especially the Customers ordering goods in the manner specified in the Regulations.
To order some goods, Customer should provide us with the data ensuring the possibility of completion of such an order as well as enabling us to contact the Customer, such as: first and last name, email address, delivery address and telephone number.
The purpose of the data collection
All data provided by the Customer are processed by the Seller to complete the order in accordance with the Regulations including the assurance of contact between the Seller and the Customer.
Depending on the authorization given by the Customer, the provided personal data, especially email address, can be used by the Seller for sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18th of July, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item. 104).
Seller, in accordance with art. Paragraph 23. 1 point. 5 of the Act of 29th of August, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal. Laws of 2002, No. 101, item. 926), in the scope, in which the provisions of the above Act are not violated, is entitled to processing the Customers' personal data for direct marketing of their services and claims for business.
The right of access
Customer has the possibility to decide to which extent their personal data can be used. In particular, the Customer can make a declaration of intent withdrawing their approval of receiving commercial information.
Customer has the right to amend, update or correct the personal information, temporary or permanent suspension of its process or to remove it entirely if it is incomplete, outdated, incorrect or collected in violation of the law or it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, as well as the right to object in cases referred to in Article. Paragraph 23. 1 point. 5 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, when the Seller intends to process the Customer's personal data for marketing purposes, or transfer them to another data controller.
All changes in the Customer's personal information can be done by sending proper declaration of intent to the Seller's address.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the removal of the Customer's data providing that keeping such information is essential to meet claims, or if required by applicable law.
Providing personal data is voluntary; nevertheless, it is essential to implement the sale's agreement between the Customer and Seller.
Shop uses small files known as cookies. They are saved by the server on the Shop visitor's computer. The cookie file usually contains the name of the domain from which it comes, its "validity period" and individually, randomly chosen number identifying that file. Information gathered by this file helps customizing Shop's website to individual preferences and actual needs of the Customer. It also gives the possibility of developing general statistics of the use of the website.
Cookie mechanism is completely safe for computers. Through these files no viruses can be sent to the Customers' computers. Nevertheless, Customer can limit or exclude access of cookie files to their computer. In case of using this option, the navigation of the Shop will be possible; however, it can result in limiting possibility of using some functions.
Seller reserves the right to collect IP addresses of Shop visitors, which can be helpful in diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating a statistical analysis (eg determination of which regions we note the most visits). Moreover, they may be useful in managing and improving the Shop.
Third Party Cookies
Seller reserves the right to use the services of third parties in order to develop statistics related to the use of the Shop. We assure that in such cases, any data identifying Customers will be given to the third parties.
In the advertisements placed on the Shop's website third party cookies can be used in order to enable the analysis of the effectiveness of an advertising campaign.
Access to data by third parties
Direct access to personal data collected by the Seller have only authorized employees or Seller's co-workers as well as Shop handlers to whom the appropriate authorization has been granted.
Customers' personal data can be shared with the parties entitled to receiving them under applicable law, especially the competent authority of the judiciary.
Security and data protection
Seller testifies that Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the law of
August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. Seller also applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed data appropriate to the risks and categories of protected data, especially Seller protects Customers' data against making them available to unauthorized persons, loss or damage.
Seller reserves the right to change, withdraw or modify Shop's functions or features as well as business cessation, transferring rights to the Shop making any legal action permitted by the applicable law. In order to avoid any doubts Customers shall not be entitled to any claims against the Seller in such a case.
