„SERWIS-KOP” ONLINE SHOP REGULATIONS
Serwis-Kop online shop [hereinafter "Shop"] conducts retail sales via the Internet, on the basis of these Regulations [hereinafter "Regulations"].
The Shop owner is Serwis-Kop Sp. j located in Rzeszów, ul. Podkarpacka 57a, 35-082 Rzeszów, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000295120, tel / fax: 17 864 31 00, NIP 813-352-97-49.
Regulations are integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Shop's Customer.
The requirement for concluding the sales contract is acceptance of Regulations by the Customer.
Prices in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT).
Goods available in the Shop are free from physical and legal defects, unless otherwise indicated in the product description (eg sale items).
You can order products through a form available on the Shop's website. After completing and submitting the form, Customer receives an e-mail asking to confirm the order. After receiving order confirmation from the Customer, Shop begins an execution of the order.
The condition of executing the order is to provide data allowing the Customer's and goods' recipient verification.
Each order will be confirmed by Serwis-Kop via email.
In case we are unable to accept an order resulting from the Client's fault (eg wrong e-mail address, no response from the Customer for confirmation e-mail), your order will not be considered and will be canceled within 72 hours from its submission.
In case of the lack of regular payments by bank transfer within 72 hours of order confirmation, order will not be considered and will be canceled.
Shop has the right to refuse orders, limit method of payment or request prepayment if the order raises legitimate doubts about the veracity and accuracy of the provided data or the method of payment.
In case of unavailability of products offered on the Shop's website and ordered by the Customer, Shop will inform the Customer about this fact by e-mail immediately after examining the order.
For both parties information, provided on the Shop's website next to the order product at the time of placing the order, is binding, especially in terms of price, product description, its characteristics, items included in the kit, date and method of delivery.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed on business days after 1 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be examined in the morning (from 9 AM) of the following business day.
Shop completes orders on Polish territory. In case of foreign Customers, conditions of orders will be carried out individually.
Information provided on the Shop's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Customer placing an order makes an offer of purchasing a particular product.
Customer can adjust or cancel the order until confirming the placed order as referred to in § 2. 1 above.
To conclusion of a contract comes:
1. in the payment option with cash on delivery "COD" - upon confirmation of this payment method by the Customer and confirmation of the placed order in a way as referred to in § 2. 1 above.
2. in the option of regular payment by bank transfer - after noting the payment of an appropriate amount to the bank account specified on the Shop's website and after confirmation of the placed order in a way as referred to in § 2. 1 above.
Customer can choose from the following methods of payment:
1. cash on delivery - the payment is cash on delivery of goods
2. regular payment by bank transfer – the payment is made to the bank account specified on the Shop's website
3. in a different way, if it is determined on the Shop's website.
Prices of parcels are specified in the price list of delivery.
The condition of finalizing the order is payment for goods and shipping.
At the time of sending goods, Customer receives from the Shop e-mail confirming posting of parcel along with the bill of lading number, by which the Customer is able to monitor the shipment.
In order to verify status of an order, please contact Shop via email. We will be able to provide all information about the progress of the order.
Along with a parcel the following documents are delivered: warranty card - in the case of goods which have it, purchase documents - the original VAT invoice or, at Customer request, receipt.
Shop sends ordered goods through mail-order companies (eg courier or other company specified on the Shop's website).
In case of payment other than cash on delivery, shipping date is extended by the period between placing an order and the date of an entry of the required amount on the Shop's bank account. If paying by credit card, positive authorization is a message sufficient to perform the contract.
In order to accept a complaint it is essential to provide by the Customer a proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).
In case of nonconformity goods with contract, Customer should send back the defective goods to the Shop along with a description of inconsistency.
Shop will respond to Customer's complaint within 14 working days from the time of returning goods with a description of inconsistency. In case verification of inconsistency requires consultation with an expert or a representative of the goods' manufacturer, the deadline of responding to the Customer is extended by the time the Shop receives such an opinion.
When execution of a justified complaint involves sending a new product to the Customer or removing inconsistencies, shipment costs are covered by the Shop.
Individual Customer's computer and monitor settings causing erroneous or distorted display of information about goods (eg colors) cannot be the basis of complaint.

Guarantee are subject to properly installed and working in normal operating conditions, a complete closed components that can not be checked without movement tests in a particular hydraulic motor drive with gearbox, a hydraulic rotation motor with gearbox, rotation bearing. The warranty period for these new products is 6 months. Individual elements of those components excluded from the warranty.
Right of withdrawal
On the basis of the Law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product of 2nd of March 2000, Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
The right of withdrawal is effective if Customer makes a statement of withdrawal from the contract to the Shop within 10 days from receiving goods.
Customer returns product to the Shop immediately, no later than within 14 days from submitting declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
Within 7 days from returning goods, Shop will refund the amount paid. Customer should indicate the number of bank account to which this amount should be transferred. In case of credit card, refund will be processed to the credit card used as a form of payment.
In the event of a breach by Customer the conditions described in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the statement of withdrawal from the contract is null and void, the goods will not be returned, and Shop does not refund the amount paid.
The right of withdrawal is not entitled to the Customer in cases referred in Article. 10, paragraph 3 of the Act mentioned in paragraph 1 above, namely:
1. service started, with the consent of the Customer, prior to the deadline of withdrawal from the contract (relates to the supply of services rather than the sale of goods)
2. audio and visual recordings, and recorded on data carriers after removing their original packaging by the Customer
3. contracts related to services for which price or remuneration depends solely on price movements in the financial market
4. services of the characteristics specified by the Customers in their orders or closely associated with their person,
5. services, which due to their nature cannot be returned or which subject matter is perishable,
6. delivering press
7. services in the field of gambling
8. where both parties are entities of professional business transactions
It is forbidden to use any materials published on the Shop's website (including photos and descriptions of goods) without the written consent of the Shop.
Entry into force and amendments to the Regulations
Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Shop's website.
Shop reserves the right to amendments to the Regulations.
For contracts, entered into before the change of the Regulations, the version of Regulations available on the day of placing the order by the Customer will be in force.
